Cook (CDI) Join a recognized specialist in seafood. Based in Plan-les-Ouates (Genève), Gastromer is a leading Swiss company in the selection and distribution of fresh fish and seafood to restaurateurs and gastronomy professionals. Beyond our wholesaler activity, we have our own catering workshop, where we prepare a range of high-end preparations in Switzerland intended for restaurateurs: soups, terrines, tartares, sauces and other specialties highlighting seafood products. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a: Cook Your mission Within our production workshop, you will participate in the manufacturing of quality culinary preparations intended for a clientele of demanding professionals. Your expertise will contribute directly to the satisfaction of our customers and to the reputation of Gastromer. Your main responsibilities Prepare our range of catering products based on seafood (soups, terrines, tartares, culinary preparations, etc.). Guarantee irreproachable manufacturing quality. Scrupulously respect recipes, procedures and quality standards. Rigorously apply hygiene, food safety and traceability rules. Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of your workstation as well as the equipment in accordance with the cleaning plan. Participate in the smooth running of the workshop in collaboration with the entire team. Your profile You are passionate about cooking and love working with quality products in an organized environment. You have: A CFC as a cook or an equivalent training. Successful experience in catering or food production. Experience with seafood products is a real asset. An excellent command of French. A good command of MS Office is an advantage.
