Your main missions will be:

• You will ensure check-ins with proactivity and efficiency.
• You will be responsible for doing everything possible to transmit the key information indispensable to the unforgettable stays made by our clientele.
• You will anticipate and respond to the needs of our customers while reporting information from our clientele to the relevant departments.
• You will provide information regarding possible tourist activities in the canton of Neuchâtel.
• You will proceed with check-outs and will be responsible for billing to the clientele.
• You will guarantee excellence of service and the application of our standards and will actively participate in customer loyalty.

Profile sought:

• You are endowed with an excellent presentation and place great importance on customer satisfaction and service quality.
• You are bilingual in French and English and practice German fluently.
• You have successful experience as a receptionist in a 4 or 5-star establishment.
• You know how to perform your function as a receptionist with discretion and confidentiality.
• You know how to implement improvement actions, shape our customers' experience, and your know-how leaves a mark on the establishment.
• You are available to work during the week as well as on weekends with the shifts practiced in the hotel industry.
