Type of work: • Competent advice as well as development of individual solutions • Receipt and processing of customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail • Documentation of all customer contacts in the system • Ensuring professional, friendly and solution-oriented customer care • Active support in achieving quality and service goals Requirements: • Very good German language skills with Swiss German understanding or fluent Swiss German • Confident handling of common PC applications as well as high IT affinity • Readiness to fully complete the four-week full-time training (100%) • Working hours: MO-FR from 07:30 to 17:30 • Knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system is a plus • Independent, reliable and careful way of working
