Team Leader Electrical/Automation (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Technical leadership of two employees as well as main responsibility for the training of the apprentice automation technicians
• As deputy of the department management, you are responsible for the leadership and organization of the maintenance department as well as the expert network
• Development and optimization of work processes in special machine construction as well as on existing systems (Beckhoff controls, ABB robots)
• Leading and accompanying projects in special machine construction - from the creation of electrical schematics (EPLAN) via the procurement of components to the design of the controls and commissioning of the systems
• Creation of technical documentation including risk analyses and conformity tests

Your profile:

• Completed training as an automation technician, supplemented by further training with a federal diploma of higher education or at HF/FH level
• Several years of experience in the maintenance of complex production systems as well as sound basic knowledge in the programming of machine controls, ideally with Beckhoff PLC and ABB robots
• Experience in project management in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or automation, with which you actively drive the further development of our systems
• Initial leadership experience in dealing with employees is an advantage but not a must-have
