What you can achieve Reception, care and farewell of our guests Personal, telephone and written guest care before, during and after the stay Creation of offers as well as processing of direct, individual and group bookings Processing of booking inquiries via e-mail, telephone and booking platforms Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out including payment processing Advice on our apartments, the destination and leisure activities Processing of guest wishes, complaints and special requests Cooperation with Housekeeping, Facility Management and other departments Collaboration in the optimization of processes as well as taking over administrative tasks What you bring with you Completed training in the hotel industry, in tourism or a comparable specialization is an advantage Experience in the Front Office, in guest care or in the reservation area, ideally also with group bookings Very good German and English skills (at least level C1); further languages are a plus Friendly, professional appearance and strong service orientation Independent, structured and organized way of working Flexibility as well as willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays What you can look forward to A team of passionate doers Generous participation in further training Combination of leisure and job Modern working time model Flat hierarchy with fast decision-making paths Numerous discounts This is us Andermatt Swiss Alps AG based in Andermatt plans, builds and develops the year-round destination Andermatt with apartment buildings, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss.
