What awaits you ##### • You lead and motivate a committed team of employees in the store • You live an open feedback culture • You ensure efficient organization and smooth operation of store operations • You assume responsibility for sales figures, key indicators, and achievement of store targets • You analyze indicators and define, with the regional management, targeted measures to develop the point of sale • You offer competent and customer-oriented advice and help with the selection of gifts from our varied assortment • You ensure an attractive presentation of our wide range of confectionery and chocolates, particularly through creative staging of the store • You assume responsibility for sales figures • You ensure smooth payment processing and guarantee correct cash closure • You take care of orders and ensure that goods are always available in sufficient quantities • You ensure constant compliance with our hygiene and freshness concept • You are responsible for scheduling working hours in a team work system and actively participate in the recruitment process What you bring ##### • You have several years of experience in sales and management in retail and distinguish yourself with strong social skills and a pronounced leadership personality • You have successfully completed training in retail and/or have equivalent experience in the food industry • You always place quality and customer orientation at the highest level, even in times of high activity • You willingly take on responsibilities, think proactively within the team, and encourage positive collaboration • You have solid computer skills and work independently and solution-oriented • You appreciate open and respectful communication, master French, and have a good level of English (ideally B2 or C1).
