Your tasks ##

• You autonomously process customer orders from order entry to purchase order and complete management
• You manage our customer contracts in the field of managed security services (MSS) and the Cyber Defense Center (CDC) and ensure correct and timely periodic billing
• You issue invoices and credit notes, ensure compliance with contractual agreements and guarantee flawless administrative processing
• You maintain our item catalog, manage resources and ensure high data quality as well as correct assignment to ongoing projects
• You work in close collaboration with our specialized departments, coordinate service-related orders and ensure a smooth flow of information
• You assume various organizational and coordination tasks for our internal departments, guarantee smooth operations and actively contribute to the improvement of our processes

Your professional skills ##

• Completed commercial training or equivalent training
• Experience in order management with ERP - Sage 100
• Experience in using ServiceNow (AI-based enterprise workflow platform to optimize work processes in all areas of the company) - ticket and project management,
• Experience in the IT sector
• Experience with Navision is an asset

• Ability to think in an interconnected manner and to interact with stakeholders from different specialized fields
• Ability to analyze and process complex subjects
• Flexibility regarding working hours (overtime at certain periods - e.g.: end of year)
• Technical affinity
• English: good knowledge (oral and written)
• German: native language
