As Teamlead Mechanics Super Puma, you are responsible for the technical and personnel management of the mechanic team in the base maintenance area. You ensure that all maintenance, inspection, and modification work is carried out efficiently, on schedule, and in full compliance with EASA Part-145 as well as the internal MOE regulations. In close cooperation with Avionic, Sheet Metal, CAMO, and Quality, you ensure a smooth, safe, and high-performance flow of maintenance processes.

What you can achieve

• Team leadership: Management, deployment planning, and task distribution of the Super Puma mechanic team
• Maintenance & Compliance: Ensuring timely, safe, and regulation-compliant maintenance and modification work
• Coordination: Interface management with Avionic, Sheet Metal, CAMO, Quality, customers, and management
• Process & Performance: Optimization of workflows, resource planning, capacity control, and reporting
• Safety & Quality: Promotion of an active safety and quality culture within the team
• Development & Capacity: Planning of further developments, ratings, sustainable team, and resource strategy

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience in helicopter maintenance or Continuing Airworthiness; project management experience in a technical or flight operations environment is a plus
• Proven leadership experience in a technical or flight operations environment of at least 5 employees, ideally with further training in CAS or Human Factors
• Practical knowledge of EASA Part-145 regulations, EASA Part-66 license B1/B2 (helicopter), and Type Rating H215 (AS332 Super Puma) is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Structured, responsible, and safety-oriented way of working; personality with high resilience and decisiveness in stressful maintenance situations
• Strong communication and social skills, such as successful coordination of interdisciplinary teams

As a helicopter competence center and certified Service Center for Airbus Helicopters, we maintain military and civil helicopters with the highest precision. Our claim: to return helicopters to our customers safe, tested, and ready for operation after every inspection.
