Chef de Rang – Les Guernerés, Grimentz Join our team for the 2026/27 winter season and offer an unforgettable culinary experience in an exceptional setting! The resort Les Guernerés, located in Grimentz, is looking for a passionate and dynamic Chef de Rang to join its restaurant team. If you love working in a refined environment, where the quality of service is paramount, this position is for you! Your mission: • Ensure dining room service, guaranteeing an exceptional quality customer experience. • Welcome and seat customers, advising them on the menu and wines. • Supervise a station, organize service, and ensure team efficiency. • Coordinate with the kitchen for a smooth transmission of orders. • Manage orders and ensure impeccable service throughout the meal. • Participate in the mise en place and the management of service stocks. Your profile: • Successful experience as a Chef de Rang or in a similar position, ideally in high-end catering. • Excellent presentation, sense of detail, and service. • Good mastery of French service techniques and wines. • Dynamism, rigor, and the ability to work under pressure. • Proficiency in French and English (any other language is an asset).
