• Versatile tasks within personnel administration
• Independent support and handling of various HR processes
• Support and accompaniment of the entire recruitment process
• Coordination of applications and interviews
• Contact person for employees and line managers regarding personnel-relevant questions
• Participation in various HR projects and internal topics
• Active involvement in the area of Employer Branding
• Opportunity to further develop and help shape existing HR processes and structures

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Completed commercial training or comparable basic training
• Several years of practical professional experience in human resources
• Experience in HR administration as well as in recruiting
• Further training in human resources is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, structured and very exact way of working
• Responsible and reliable personality
• Enjoyment of contact with different people and internal contact persons
• Willingness to take on responsibility and actively help shape the HR department
