Berne, Switzerland | 80-100% (jobsharing possible) What you can contribute <br /> • Organize participation in parliamentary commission meetings in close coordination with the SG-DEFR; guarantee the timely submission of substantiated files intended for Federal Councillor Guy Parmelin; coordinate the participation of the SECO Director and hierarchical managers, as well as activities related to urgent requests from parliamentarians • Organize activities related to sessions, before, during and after them; coordinate the support of the Federal Councillor during his interventions in Parliament, in collaboration with the SG-DEFR and the service centers; organize question hours, draw up lists of interested parties, ensure the distribution between responsible sectors and interested sectors after each session • Assign incoming mandates (consultations of offices, co-report procedures, parliamentary interventions, letters from citizens, mandates from the SG-DEFR and external organizations) to the competent service centers; verify the form and content of documents established by SECO and proceed with their transmission to the SG-DEFR within the deadlines. Ensure internal control aimed at guaranteeing compliance with the deadlines set by the SG-DEFR • Organize the on-call service for Federal Council meetings; ensure communication with hierarchical managers: correct and rapid distribution of co-reports and urgent positions; communicate the results of the Federal Council meetings <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • CFC in commerce, gymnasial or professional maturity or equivalent training • Vast general culture, particularly regarding economic policy; quick-wittedness, great autonomy and sense of responsibility; reliability; structured working method • Proficiency in the use of specialized IT tools, customer orientation, discretion, flexibility and team spirit • Good oral and written knowledge of two official languages and, ideally, knowledge of a third <br /> In a few words The Resources (RS) service center provides cross-cutting internal services in the fields of resources and law. The Internal Affairs Management sector (RSGS) is responsible for coordinating Federal Council and Parliament affairs pertaining to SECO as well as participation in commission meetings and parliamentary sessions. It is also responsible for the filing system, GEVER databases and the introduction of Acta Nova.
