We are looking for the Social Insurance department for a

Clerk Social Insurance 60 % ##

The department is a sub-area of the Social Services department and the link between the city and the Swiss social insurances. The employees inform and advise customers on social insurance benefits and individual premium reductions.

Your responsibility:

• Telephone and personal consultation at the counter for applicants and their representatives regarding social insurance
• Receipt and examination of applications for supplementary benefits
• Examination of applications for individual premium reductions and re-assessments
• Examination of health insurance coverage (health insurance control office)
• Processing of the list of delinquent premium payers (Case Management)

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training with professional experience, preferably in an administrative environment
• Very good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system
• Very good oral and written expression
• High customer orientation, ability to work in a team, and independent way of working
