What you move
As a team member, you operate and set up the production plants, troubleshoot malfunctions and ensure a smooth production process
As the person responsible for quality, you guarantee that all products leaving our plant meet the highest standards
As a technical manager, you lead the personnel assigned to you at the plant and ensure that everyone knows exactly what to do
Your active participation in production also includes manual work - because you know that the best managers are those who also roll up their sleeves themselves
With your knowledge and experience, you enter production data into the SAP system and thus ensure a constantly up-to-date overview
What you bring
Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
Specialization: Food industry
Professional experience: 2 - 5 years plant operator or baker
You work with precision and care to meet the highest quality standards
Your high awareness of quality and hygiene is essential to ensure that all our products comply with strict hygiene regulations
You are reliable and can work both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
Your working hours are from Monday - Saturday (2-shift between 02:00 - 20:00)
