• Deputizing for the Teamlead in the organization and ensuring of daily operations
• Active participation in the operational daily business with a share of around 80 %
• Coordination and scheduling of employees within the team as well as cross-departmentally with the control center
• Technical guidance and support of employees in everyday work
• Taking over individual leadership tasks and employee discussions on behalf of the Teamlead
• Support in personnel and deployment planning as well as in the introduction of new employees
• Ensuring quality, safety, and process standards within the area of responsibility
• Control of the correct and timely time recording of internal and temporary employees
• Active participation in the optimization of processes, workflows, as well as material and information flows

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience in a production, warehouse, or logistics environment
• Initial experience in the technical leadership, coordination, or guidance of employees is an advantage
• Enjoyment in working operationally and simultaneously taking responsibility for the team and the processes
• Readiness and flexibility for shift operation from Monday to Friday between and o'clock as well as for regular Saturday assignments
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, at least at level B2
• Good user knowledge of MS Office
• Organizational skill and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Clear and understandable communication as well as a confident appearance
