Do you like people, numbers, and variety? It is fine if quite a few things come together for you: You enjoy customer contact, work accurately and organized, and feel comfortable with both numbers and more creative tasks? Then this could fit quite well.

Customer service with intelligence
You are the first point of contact for our customers and simultaneously ensure that everything is correct in the background. You process inquiries, invoice services related to electricity, water, district heating, and communication, and maintain the relevant master data in innosolvenergy.
In doing so, you work closely with our specialist departments and maintain an overview even during administrative tasks as well as in reminders and debt collection.

What awaits you
A versatile task where customer contact, numbers, and specialist knowledge come together. You work independently, take responsibility for your area, and are at the same time part of a small team with short distances. A versatile working day awaits you: sometimes in the middle of customer contact, sometimes concentrated on invoicing and master data – and in between, part of an exciting project. In short: a position for someone who likes to think ahead, help shape things, and appreciates variety.

You bring with you
You have a basic commercial training or a technical background with commercial further education. You enjoy working with numbers, systems, and processes, are careful, independent, and maintain an overview even when several things are running at the same time. Above all, however, you enjoy being in contact with people, communicate confidently in German, and appreciate working in a small, dynamic team. MS Office is mastered – and if you already know innosolvenergy and Abacus: even better
