Then you have come to the right place. In this responsible role, you will take on a central position at the interface between HR, management, and the organization. You will provide functional leadership to a small team in HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition and develop it specifically. As a sparring partner, you will advise managers on demanding leadership and personnel topics and also accompany complex situations with tact and solution orientation. At the same time, you will drive the further development of HR processes and tools and ensure their added value for the business. You will work both operationally and conceptually along the entire Employee Life Cycle and contribute to local as well as international HR initiatives. You are also responsible for recruitment in your area of responsibility and ensure high quality throughout the entire selection process.
