Maisonneuve is committed to rehabilitation alongside people weakened by an accident, an illness, or the effects of time, by offering everyone personalized, respectful, and demanding support at every stage of their care pathway.

To cover this mission, Maisonneuve has implemented an "ecosystem" allowing for the management of patients in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and supporting them at home.

We operate through three main structures:

• La Clinique Châtelaine for patients following acute care, specialized in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, internal medicine, oncology, and geriatrics.
• CARE Charmilles, an outpatient rehabilitation center.
• Maisonneuve à Domicile, intended for patients of the Clinique Châtelaine, to ensure care upon their discharge.

In 2026, two new structures opened their doors in Belle-Terre, Thônex, consisting of an inpatient clinic, Clinique Belle-Terre, and an outpatient rehabilitation center, CARE Belle-Terre.

Head of Nursing ##

Your mission ##

As Head of Nursing, you ensure the management, organization, and coordination of nursing activities in order to guarantee quality, secure, and patient-centered care. You ensure the continuity of care pathways, support the nursing teams, and actively contribute to the development of a culture of excellence, quality, and safety within the establishment.

Management and coordination of care ###

You coordinate care pathways, from admission to patient discharge, ensuring their fluidity, continuity, and efficiency. You promote close collaboration between nursing teams, the medical staff, therapists, and network partners in order to guarantee quality interdisciplinary care and an optimal patient experience.

Organization and quality of care ###

You organize the activities of the department to ensure efficient care, in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements. You guarantee the application of procedures and protocols, ensure the monitoring of quality and safety indicators, participate in continuous improvement processes, and collaborate closely with the Quality Direction for the deployment of institutional projects.

Team management ###

You supervise, support, and develop nursing teams by promoting a collaborative, benevolent, and empowering work environment. You ensure resource planning, support change management, support skill development, and ensure the maintenance of a team dynamic that promotes quality of care.

Training and development ###

You supervise the welcome, integration, and supervision of new employees, students, and interns. You identify training needs, encourage skill development, and contribute to the dissemination of professional best practices within the teams.

Your profile: ##

• Bachelor HES in nursing or a recognized diploma in Switzerland.
• Training in management or the willingness to pursue it.
• Proven experience in team management, ideally in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
• Excellent knowledge of care pathways, quality processes, and Swiss regulatory requirements.
• Leadership, organizational skills, team spirit, and the ability to manage change.
