Job Objective Contribute to the smooth operation of the transport logistics service to achieve operational objectives according to the daily program, in strict compliance with HSEQ rules. Ensure internal movements and transports according to the needs of the Monthey site, and inform the line in case of emergency or malfunction. Responsibilities Transport Operations & Driving: Ensure the driving of different vehicles during the same day (trucks, semi-trailers, forklifts, buses, mobile cranes, container handlers, and dump trucks). Take charge of loading and transporting goods from point A to point B (securing, managing fragility, storage) and rigorously report information in computer tools. Check the condition of vehicles when taking service and contribute to maintaining infrastructure and equipment clean and in good working order. Safety & HSEQ: Perform all activities in compliance with safety instructions specific to a chemical industrial site, service regulations, and road safety rules. Guarantee the handling and transport of goods (including hazardous materials - ADR) according to sector directives, OACP training, and SafeStart values. Report any events or anomalies observed and actively propose improvement solutions in their area of expertise. Collaboration & Flexibility: Collaborate closely with other site services and demonstrate civility and respect towards all users (pedestrians, other vehicles). Demonstrate great versatility and adapt work according to volume fluctuations, schedule changes, and weather conditions (rain, snow, ice, heatwave, darkness). Actively participate in daily team meetings (Tier) and communicate effectively with the dispatcher. Qualifications Required Education & Certifications: CE heavy vehicle license required. CFC in a technical branch or equivalent (ideally CFC of heavy vehicle driver). Training in hazardous materials (ADR) and OACP must be up to date. Federal forklift license (category R4 is an asset). Crane operator license A (an asset). Experience: 3 to 5 years of practical experience in the transport/logistics sector or on an industrial site. Solid knowledge of risks related to the use of logistics equipment and the transport of hazardous goods. Skills & Personal Qualities: Excellent physical condition and great resistance to varied weather conditions. High flexibility, ability to adapt quickly to changes, and autonomy in organizing the day. Very good team spirit and service mindset (positive, willing, and helpful attitude). Comfortable with standard computer tools (Microsoft Office). Current mastery of French.
