For Raiffeisenbank Glarnerland, a successful and locally oriented bank with branches in Näfels and Glarus, we are looking for a service-oriented, proactive, and dynamic personality as Head of Credit Officer (f/m/d) to strengthen our team, effective immediately or by arrangement.

What awaits you?

• Technical and personnel leadership of the Credit Office team as well as promotion and further development of employees
• Analysis, assessment, and approval of credit transactions in the private and corporate client segments within the competence regulations
• Sparring partner for client advisors, bank management, and other stakeholders regarding complex financing, risk, and approval questions
• Responsibility for the monitoring of credit risks, compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as ensuring high data quality
• Responsibility for specialist topics in the credit area, participation in projects, as well as involvement in reporting to bank management and the Board of Directors

What do you bring with you?

• Banking education with higher professional training in finance or banking
• Several years of sound experience in the credit business of a Swiss bank as well as proven competence in the private and corporate client business
• Very good knowledge in the analysis, assessment, and management of credit risks as well as the relevant regulatory requirements
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Experience in valuation as well as ideally knowledge in tools such as Wüest Dimensions
