As a competent sparring partner, you ensure the proactive operational and partly strategic advice and support of managers across departments, taking into account the company and HR strategy. As a member of the HR management team, you help shape the further development of the HR of Spital STS AG, work in projects, support e.g., peer coachings, perform speaker activities as part of internal seminars, and take care of diverse HR topics.

How you will become part of our team ##

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Human Resources Specialist and ideally with specific further training in HR at CAS, MAS or EMBA level or a business administration degree with a specialization in HRM as a major
• Comprehensive and long-term experience in the advice and support of managers (labor law as well as all HR-relevant topics)
• Initiative, flexible and proactive personality with entrepreneurial thinking
• High willingness to learn and change
• Pronounced implementation strength and desire to shape
• Affinity to the topics of personnel development, HR controlling and project management
• Enthusiasm for trends and their implementation in HR
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
