Your mission Guarantee the quality, availability, and performance of IT services Ensure the monitoring and compliance of SLA, OLA and KPI Coordinate the activities of contributing teams within the framework of support and operations, without direct hierarchical management Drive the management of incidents, problems, and changes in an ITSM environment Contribute to the continuous improvement of service management processes and tools, notably via Jira, ITIL, Kanban and Agile practices Your profile Proven experience of +5 years in the management or coordination of IT services in an operations / RUN environment Good mastery of ITSM practices and the ITIL framework Experience in monitoring incidents, problems, changes, SLA and service indicators Good mastery of Jira and ease in a work environment structured in Kanban and Agile Excellent mastery of French and conversational level (B2) in English.
