Your tasks ##

• Technical dealer support (in the Kia ticket system, via email and, if necessary, on-site)
• You create various reports in the technical field
• You write technical dealer circulars
• You maintain and update the data on the dealer portals in the After Sales area
• You are the link between the manufacturer and the dealer regarding quality assurance
• Collaboration at events and trade fairs

Your profile ##

• Completed training as an automotive diagnostician with several years of professional experience
• You are familiar with MS-Office and can handle IT systems
• You have good language skills in German, English as well as French and/or Italian
• You possess high initiative, are resilient, and have an innovative, open attitude towards new things
• You have a proactive, systematic, and independent way of working
• You are a customer-oriented personality with good communication skills
