Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer, you will support our subsidiaries and internal specialist departments with technical questions regarding our diabetes care products. You will analyze complex issues, coordinate solutions with various stakeholders, and contribute to the reliable and customer-oriented further development of our products. You will work at the interface between support, software development, product maintenance, and other technical specialist departments. In doing so, you combine technical understanding with a structured, solution-oriented way of working and enjoyment of collaborating in an international environment.
