Do you have sound experience in Swiss payroll and are you looking for variety instead of routine? Then you are in the right place in our Payroll Interim Team.

To strengthen our in-house payroll interim team, we are looking for an experienced personality who will support our customers in German-speaking Switzerland flexibly, competently and pragmatically.

What you will drive ##

As a Payroll Expert, you will support companies in German-speaking Switzerland during personnel bottlenecks, transformation projects, system implementations or special payroll challenges. In doing so, you will be permanently employed by HR Campus and work on exciting mandates with a wide variety of customers - from SMEs to international corporations.

Depending on the project, you will work on-site, hybrid or partially remote. Part-time or full-time - we design the assignments flexibly.

Content focus areas are:

• You take responsibility in demanding payroll mandates and ensure that critical processes function smoothly.
• Advising specialists and managers on payroll issues
• Analysis of complex payroll matters and development of pragmatic solutions
• Leading or participating in payroll, HR and digitalization projects
• Support with migrations, in-sourcing and out-sourcing projects
• Stabilization and further development of existing payroll processes
• Responsibility for timely and correct payroll processing including follow-up processes
• Special topics including stock packages, in- and expats
• If necessary, coordination with finance or time management, absence management
• Introduction and optimization of modern payroll and HR solutions (e.g. SAP, Abacus, SwssSalary)
• Implementation of legal changes as well as testing of new system requirements (e.g. ELM)

How you make us happy ##

• Several years of experience as a Payroll Specialist, Payroll Lead or Payroll Manager in Switzerland
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss wage and social insurance system
• You have already independently mastered demanding payroll situations and are perceived by customers and stakeholders as a competent contact person
• Confidence in dealing with at least one leading payroll system such as SAP, Abacus or SwissSalary as well as with Excel
• Joy in quickly familiarizing yourself with new organizations, teams, processes and systems and quickly creating added value
• You appreciate variety and at the same time bring the stability and security of an experienced payroll professional
