Co-Curriculaire & Outdoor Assistant(e)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated assistant to join our Co-Curriculaire & Outdoor department, as part of a residential position within our boarding school. You will work hand in hand with the department manager to design and lead a rich and stimulating program for our students, including extracurricular activities, forest school, weekend outings, expeditions, and sports. You have experience in leading outdoor activities with young people and wish to continue developing your professional skills, ideally in a boarding school setting where life continues in the evenings and on weekends. A good level of skiing and a B1 driver's license are essential; Mountain Leadership training, International Mountain Leader, Paddlesports Leadership, or Rock/Indoor Climbing Instructor qualifications, as well as a diploma in this field or a related discipline, would be an asset. With a lot of energy and real leadership, you will know how to set an example, set high standards in terms of planning, evaluation, and follow-up, while building strong relationships with the team, parents, and students. A flexible and practical approach is essential, including the willingness to contribute to the broader life of the boarding school through extracurricular activities. You must be physically fit and medically healthy to perform this job, and meet the necessary conditions to work with children.
