Payroll and ensuring smooth day-to-day business Taking responsibility for the entire payroll system incl. controls, evaluations, and interface management Carrying out the recruitment and onboarding process from A–Z Managing multilingual contract management incl. adjustments, templates, and legal compliance Clarifying personnel law issues and ensuring correct implementation Implementing HR applications and transferring them into existing IT systems Organizing and conducting staff occasions and internal events Supporting vehicle fleet management Creating reports for GL/VL as well as preparing relevant key figures Promoting personnel development and strengthening operational health management Leading the small HR teams including Payroll Your profile Commercial basic training, further training as an HR specialist or higher business administration training Several years of experience in a comparable function Sound knowledge of Payroll, social insurance, and labor law Service-oriented, responsible, and communicative leadership personality with an independent, solution-oriented, expeditious, and exact way of working Proficient handling of MS Office and HR systems German: stylistically confident C2 / French: very good knowledge (C1) / Italian: knowledge is an advantage Perspective A responsible HR position with direct influence on culture and processes, embedded in a modern production environment.
