Finance Operations Officer / Clerk Finance and Payment Transactions (m/f/d)

Goal of the position As a Finance Operations Officer, you are responsible for the timely, correct, and complete processing of all financial transactions of Swiss Inland Solutions AG as well as those of the customers managed by Swiss Inland Solutions AG. You ensure a smooth workflow of invoicing, payment transactions, and banking business and develop into the central contact person for customers and banks in all finance-related matters. Main tasks Invoicing (Accounts Receivable) · Independent creation, checking, and timely sending of all periodic outgoing invoices. · Monitoring of all invoicing deadlines. · Control of agreed prices, contracts, and billing bases. · Ensuring complete and correct administrative processing of all invoices. · Ongoing optimization of the invoicing processes. Payment Transactions (Accounts Payable) · Independent execution of all payments of Swiss Inland Solutions AG. · Execution of payments on behalf of the customers managed by Swiss Inland Solutions AG. · Creation, checking, and execution of national and international payment orders. · Monitoring of payment deadlines and liquidity planning. · Recognition and reporting of irregularities or deviations. Accounts Receivable Management · Monitoring of all outstanding receivables. · Contact person for customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment deadlines. · Active follow-up of overdue receivables. · Support of the management in the analysis of debtor risks and payment behavior. Banking Relations and Treasury · Operational contact person for all banking matters. · Maintenance and expansion of cooperation with banks. · Support in the opening and management of bank accounts. · Coordination of international payment flows. · Execution and monitoring of foreign currency transactions. · Participation in the development and implementation of the Currency Exchange Policy. · Identification of optimization opportunities in the area of Cash Management and Treasury. Administration and Compliance · Maintenance of a complete, traceable, and proper financial administration. · Careful archiving of all financial documents. · Compliance with internal guidelines and legal regulations. · Support during internal and external audits as well as annual financial statements. Responsibilities · Timely and error-free invoicing. · Timely execution of all payments. · Proper management of all bank accounts and payment processes. · Correct maintenance of customer and supplier data. · Confidential handling of financial and business-critical information. · Ongoing improvement of administrative and financial processes. Requirements · Commercial training or studies in the field of finance, accounting, or business administration. · Several years of experience in finance and payment transactions. · Experience in international payment transactions. · Experience in dealing with e-banking systems. · Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. · Experience with ERP and accounting systems. · Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing.
