On behalf of one of our partners, a 5-star establishment recognized for the quality of its services and its high-end positioning in the heart of the prestigious resort of Zermatt, we are currently looking for a: F\&B Manager (M/F) Job description As F\&B Manager, you will supervise all the catering points of sale of the establishment, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets and events. You will ensure the smooth running of daily operations while guaranteeing a seamless, elegant and personalized customer experience. You will be in charge of the management and support of the operational teams, with the objective of uniting your employees around a demanding and benevolent service culture. You will actively participate in the recruitment, training and development of the teams in order to maintain a high level of performance and engagement. In close collaboration with the management as well as with the chefs de cuisine, you will contribute to the definition of the F\&B offer, the optimization of revenue and the management of operational costs. You will also ensure compliance with budgets, internal procedures as well as the hygiene and safety standards in force. Equipped with a strong field presence, you will know how to anticipate customer needs, manage delicate situations with professionalism and guarantee constant quality standards within all catering spaces. Profile sought You benefit from solid experience in a similar function within a high-end or luxury hotel establishment and possess an excellent knowledge of Food \& Beverage operations. A true field leader, you are recognized for your ability to inspire, structure and support teams in a demanding and dynamic environment. Result and customer satisfaction oriented, you demonstrate excellent organizational skills, a keen sense of detail and a great capacity for adaptation. Your proactive approach as well as your interpersonal skills allow you to evolve effectively with an international clientele. You perfectly master French and English; any other language constitutes an additional asset. A good knowledge of management tools and F\&B performance indicators is also expected.
