Gastronomy Manager (M/F) – Between 90% and 100% in CDI As part of the development of its services, the company Crans\-Montana Food \& Beverage SA, is looking for: Gastronomy Manager (M/F) – CDI 90\-100% Summary of functions: The Gastronomy Manager manages the Gastronomy department of the Crans\-Montana ski area, comprising ten mountain restaurants (fast food, full service, bars and events). He defines and implements the culinary and operational vision, supervises teams, offers, capacities and financial performance, and guarantees a consistent and high-quality customer experience. The position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a key role within the management. Responsibilities: Drive the operational performance of the establishments and ensure compliance with company standards, procedures and policies. Recruit, train and develop high-performing teams in a demanding and seasonal environment. Manage stocks and purchases: inventory strategy, quality control, compliance, safety and equipment maintenance. Implement efficient operational practices to improve productivity and quality. Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) and implement necessary corrective actions. Coordinate large-scale events and ensure their operational success. Ensure the financial management of the units: budgets, monitoring of results, cost control and improvement of profitability. Define and deploy the development strategy in connection with management, taking into account market trends and growth opportunities. Professional requirements: Excellent command of French and English; Italian is an asset. Proven experience in catering or in a similar management function, ideally in an alpine environment. Good knowledge of the winter sports and leisure universe. Solid management, organization and performance management skills. Mobility between the different mountain sites. Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office, Lightspeed, etc.). Training in hotel management or equivalent is appreciated.
