Infrastructure, networks and user environment manager at 100%

In this role, you will ensure the operation, maintenance and evolution of the IT infrastructures, networks, user environments and digital equipment of the FOJ. You will ensure the availability and performance of the IT services necessary for the Foundation's activities.

Your contribution is essential to guarantee a reliable, responsive service adapted to the needs of users, while participating in the protection of sensitive data and business continuity.

Description of tasks:

• Ensure the operation, supervision and maintenance of IT infrastructures, servers, storage, network equipment and associated devices, as well as the monitoring of backups and restorations
• Diagnose and resolve system, network or hardware incidents, taking into account the operational needs of users and structures
• Participate in the installation, configuration, evolution and securing of IT and network equipment
• Administer workstations, thin clients, peripherals, tablets, smartphones, printers and other equipment made available to employees
• Handle level 2 and 3 incidents, troubleshoot and repair equipment, on-site or remotely and escalate incidents to internal and/or external specialists if necessary
• Take part in technical projects related to the evolution of the IT environment and business needs
• Write, update and distribute technical documentation, procedures and user guides
• Collaborate with the support team for the processing of technical incidents
• Collaborate with external service providers and contribute to the monitoring of interventions
• Propose technical or organizational improvements to strengthen the reliability, security and efficiency of the information system
• Maintain technological watch in order to maintain a level of expertise adapted to the evolutions of the IT field.

Required diplomas and experience:

• CFC training in IT or a diploma deemed equivalent
• Higher diploma in IT (Bachelor or equivalent) or proven professional experience (minimum 3 years in a similar function) with IT infrastructure management.

Required technical knowledge:

• Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Windows Server, Linux), networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), computer hardware and technical infrastructures (Firewall Fortinet, HPE Aruba, NAC Clearpass)
• Mastery of virtualization environments (VMware, Simplivity hyperconverged Infra), storage, backup and administration of user workstations (Veeam Backup and VDI Horizon)
• Ability to effectively analyze, diagnose and resolve incidents and propose reliable solutions
• Knowledge of IT security, access management (Active directory) and data protection
• Mastery of a scripting language, notably PowerShell, to automate recurring tasks
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Defender, Teams) and SharePoint is an asset
• Knowledge of VoIP telephony tools (3cx)
• Familiarity with CMDB and incident management, ideally with the Service Now application
• Good interpersonal skills, sense of service, pedagogy and ability to simplify technical subjects for non-specialist interlocutors
• Rigor, autonomy, team spirit, confidentiality, sense of priorities and adaptability
• Very good mastery of the French language and good mastery of English.

Additional prerequisites:

• Driver's license mandatory. You will be required to intervene across all FOJ sites
• Your activity may lead you to occasionally carry out interventions outside of office hours and participate in an on-call service if necessary

Must be of Swiss nationality or hold a valid work permit.
