After-Sales Advisor - Lutry

Autocorner SA is a family business recognized in automotive distribution, representing the brands Audi, Skoda and BYD. With nearly 120 employees, it is established in the cantons of Vaud and Valais through 5 concessions and 2 used car centers.

As part of the development of our Audi concession in Lutry, we are looking for an After-Sales Service (SAV) Advisor, for an immediate start or to be agreed upon.

YOUR MISSION

As an After-Sales Advisor, you are the preferred interlocutor for our customers after the purchase of their vehicle. You ensure high-quality reception, advise and sell after-sales services, while guaranteeing an irreproachable customer experience.

Through your commitment, you actively contribute to the satisfaction of our clientele as well as to the development of the performance and quality of our after-sales service.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome, advise and accompany customers throughout their after-sales journey
• Schedule appointments and precisely analyze needs
• Promote complementary services and features
• Prepare quotes and obtain customer agreement for additional work
• Guarantee compliance with commitments (deadlines, costs, quality)
• Return vehicles while clearly explaining the interventions carried out
• Ensure invoicing, collection and closing of files
• Ensure follow-up of ongoing files and coordination with the workshop

YOUR PROFILE

• You benefit from a first successful experience in automotive after-sales service
• You have training in mechanics or in administrative management in the automotive field
• You have strong skills for customer service and advice
• You are rigorous, organized and know how to manage priorities
• You are a dynamic, flexible, motivated and reliable person
• You hold a valid driver's license
• Ideally, you live in the region or wish to settle there
