Professional customer relationship management is of central importance to CONCORDIA. For this purpose, we use a state-of-the-art CRM from BSI. We are looking for you for the continuous further development and operation of the CRM solution.

What to expect you ###

• In the role of IT Application Manager CRM, you will work in an agile setup and carry technical responsibility.
• Together with your teammates, you ensure the operation, maintenance and further development of the CRM solution on a modern OpenShift platform.
• Support of the application landscape surrounding the CRM solution, including the associated interfaces.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the provided functionalities work smoothly and performantly in operation and implement appropriate improvements if necessary. In doing so, you have an active role in deployment, operation and error analysis.
• For the further development of the highly configurable BSI-CRM solution, you analyze new requirements in coordination with Business Analysis and create the technical specification. You then implement the configurable requirements independently; further adjustments are commissioned from the supplier.
• In close cooperation with the Product Owner, you create the application roadmap and deliver into the CONCORDIA releases, taking into account all necessary quality characteristics.
• You develop an understanding of end-to-end processes and can therefore advise the business regarding optimizations and improvements.

What you bring with you ###

• Sound training in the field of computer science with a tertiary degree (HF, FH or Uni) or comparable professional experience.
• Quick comprehension, structured way of working, high quality awareness and communicative.
• You bring an agile mindset. Lifelong learning, openness to new things as well as positive and solution-oriented thinking - that is you.
• Practical experience in agile working methods rounds off your profile.
• Programming skills in Java or .NET and experience in web and container technologies with k8s or OpenShift are an advantage.
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing (corporate language). Very good English skills are a plus.
