What you can achieve: Planning, introduction, and continuous optimization of manufacturing and testing processes for medical technology plastic consumables Responsibility for the successful transfer of new or modified processes into series production Management of projects for the procurement, introduction, qualification, and optimization of production and testing equipment Development of technical requirements as well as specification of testing and operating equipment for automated manufacturing and testing systems Planning and implementation of qualifications and validations of manufacturing and testing processes and testing equipment Definition and further development of testing strategies as well as quality assurance within series production Execution of structured error and root cause analyses as well as implementation of sustainable corrective and improvement measures Creation and maintenance of process-relevant specification, evidence, and training documentation in a regulated environment Technical support and training of production for process-relevant questions Analysis of production and process data as well as implementation of data-based optimization measures Close cooperation with Production, Quality, Product Care, Automation & Maintenance, as well as external equipment suppliers Further development of digital manufacturing processes and production-related software solutions Technical support of production in the event of malfunctions, process deviations, and complex error patterns in automated and manual manufacturing processes Support and technical representation of the department during internal and external audits as well as processing of audit-relevant topics What you bring with you: Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology, plastics technology, systems engineering, industrial engineering, medical technology or several years of professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, production technology, or industrialization, ideally in a regulated environment Experience in leading technical projects and working with interdisciplinary teams Experience in dealing with validations, risk analyses, and technical documentation Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form Experience with ERP systems as well as ERP-supported production and material flow processes, preferably D365 & SAP Experience in the planning, introduction, qualification, and optimization of manufacturing and testing processes Confident handling of production KPIs as well as the analysis and interpretation of process data Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working combined with a strong hands-on mentality Additionally, knowledge in the following areas is an advantage: Knowledge of regulatory requirements for marking and labeling processes in the medical technology or pharmaceutical environment Knowledge of production data management as well as in the analysis and processing of technical data Experience with production-related IT systems, databases, or digital manufacturing solutions Experience in the validation of software-supported production and labeling processes How to apply: Learn more about career opportunities at Hamilton under Jobs | Hamilton Medical Do you share our values and do you feel at home in a collegial, innovative, and down-to-earth environment?
