Founded in 1992, Expersoft Systems AG is a privately owned Swiss software company (it develops innovative solutions for portfolio and wealth management and distributes its products worldwide. As part of the strategic further development, a new leadership position is being created at the headquarters in Steinhausen. For this purpose, we are looking for a customer-oriented personality as Chief Client Officer (CCO). As CCO, you are responsible for the customer-related areas of Expersoft. These include Customer Relation (Retention & New Acquisition), House of Excellence (Support & Service), Customer Delivery, Technical & Hosting Services, as well as Corporate Marketing. You manage Customer Relation directly, and the other four areas through one directly subordinate manager each. In total, you lead around 50 employees. You report directly to the CEO and are a member of the Executive Board. The focus is on sustainable, profitable revenue growth and consistent customer loyalty. At the same time, you ensure first-class customer service and support as well as the reliable implementation of customer projects and release updates. You personally look after strategic customers and act as a sparring partner and role model for the sales managers. For this demanding leadership function, we are looking for a service-oriented and sales-strong personality with several years of leadership experience in a complex customer organization and a convincing track record in sales. You are familiar with the acquisition and development of sophisticated corporate customers and align different areas toward common goals. In doing so, you lead pragmatically and empathically and lead by example. Experience in the financial services, software, or SaaS environment is an advantage.
