For a leading company in the Swiss food industry, we are looking for a dedicated cook (female/male) who works in a two-shift operation and benefits from free weekends as well as no split shifts. Your skills - You have professional experience as a cook, ideally in a large-scale kitchen - You bring good SAP and PC skills as well as ideally a vocational trainer course - You know the HACCP and hygiene regulations and work cleanly - You convince through quality awareness, team spirit, and a service-oriented way of working - You enjoy passing on your knowledge to apprentices and approach changes openly - You have good German skills; other languages are an advantage - You work in a two-shift operation between 04:00 and 14:30 and benefit from free weekends and no split shifts Your tasks - You prepare fresh dishes daily for the staff restaurant - You contribute new ideas to the menu planning and ensure culinary variety - You take over ordering, goods receipt, and inventory management - You monitor stock levels and support the reduction of food waste - You ensure compliance with HACCP and hygiene guidelines - You support the training and supervision of apprentices in the kitchen
