Tasks

• Welcoming and taking charge of our customers and business partners
• Friendly and fast reception as well as transferring telephone calls
• Carrying out general administrative tasks
• Support for the reception and handover of repairs
• Ensuring a smooth and customer-oriented workflow

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of German, other languages an asset
• Availability for additional and flexible missions, especially during holiday periods
• Good organizational skills as well as a neat and confident appearance
• Friendly, sociable and dynamic personality
• Reliable, precise and stress-resistant way of working
