We are looking for a female or male collaborator for our customer service, who would enjoy helping our customers and offering them the best possible shopping experience. Thanks to you, our customers will not only enter IKEA with a smile, but they will also leave with one and look forward to returning.

• You have a strong service orientation, a friendly attitude, and a keen sense of what customers want.
• You enjoy answering questions and you find a solution to every problem - regardless of the tension the situation may generate.
• You feel sufficiently comfortable in English to be able to communicate with international customers.
• You like working with people and you strive to offer the best possible shopping experience to our clientele.
• You have an affinity for numbers, you are skillful with money and you are comfortable with computers.
• You have a passion for furnishing and the IKEA brand and you look forward to getting to know the IKEA product range and service options in detail

Your responsibilities

• Advise and assist customers and systematically welcome them with a friendly smile in the areas below:
• In the entrance area: Greet customers, ensure they feel well welcomed and well informed from the start and direct them to the right contact person if necessary.
• In Småland: Ensure that children aged 3 to 10 are in good hands.
• At the returns counter: Find quick, simple and customer-oriented solutions to all problems, based on our internal guidelines.
• In the goods collection area: Check, hand over purchased goods to our customers and ensure that waiting times are as short as possible.
• At the checkout: Prove every day that service can be both fast and friendly and say goodbye to people in a way that makes them want to return: with a smile.
