In this role, you will assume overall responsibility for the global ICT organization and actively shape the digital future of an internationally active group of companies. Together with your team, you will ensure that modern, secure, and high-performance IT services optimally support the business units worldwide. You will lead a team of around 30 employees in the areas of IT Infrastructure, IT Services, Business Applications, ERP, Process Systems, and ICT and are an important partner for the management in implementing strategic corporate goals. What you can move • Leadership & Strategy • You further develop the global IT strategy and implement it sustainably. • You lead, promote, and develop an international team of around 30 IT specialists. • You actively drive the digital transformation of the group of companies. • You advise the management on strategic IT, security, and digitalization topics. • You promote a modern, customer-oriented, and innovation-driven IT culture. • IT Operations & Service Excellence • You ensure a secure, stable, and cost-efficient provision of all IT services. • You are responsible for the availability, integrity, and further development of the global IT systems. • You guarantee professional operation of workplace, network, ERP, and production systems. • You ensure a reliable backup, recovery, and monitoring concept. • You are responsible for the lifecycle of hardware, software, and infrastructure components. • Security, Risk & Compliance • You are responsible for group-wide information and cyber security. • You establish and further develop standards in the area of Governance, Risk & Compliance. • You are responsible for Business Continuity Management as well as emergency and recovery concepts. • You identify risks early and implement suitable security measures. • Digitalization & Innovation • You lead international IT and transformation projects. • You support the departments in the digitalization and optimization of business processes. • You evaluate new technologies, market trends, and innovations regarding their business added value. • You ensure a sustainable integration of new solutions into the existing system landscape. • Financial & Vendor Management • You are responsible for the global IT budget and ensure efficient use of funds. • You manage investments, license and asset management, as well as cost-efficiency programs. • You lead strategic technology partners and are responsible for SLA and vendor management. • You negotiate contracts and ensure high service quality.
