As a VIP Customer Advisor, you will strengthen the Brokers, Direct & Partnerships business unit at Zurich Schweiz in the area of Direct, Digital & Customer Care, Sales & After Sales Personal Lines D-CH and will be part of the VIPartner Management Personal Lines team. In this role, you will advise prospective clients, partners, as well as existing customers in the non-life retail customer segment by telephone and in writing, determine the appropriate insurance coverage, and create offers. Together with your team, you will ensure that our customers receive the best possible protection in every life situation and feel well taken care of at Zurich.

• You advise prospective clients, partners, as well as existing customers in the non-life retail customer area by telephone and in writing
• You determine the appropriate insurance coverage and create offers
• You provide competent information regarding customer inquiries and ensure high-quality processing of written customer correspondence
• You undertake offline activities such as administrative and organizational tasks within the team

What distinguishes you

• Successfully completed training in the insurance industry (VBV certification an advantage) and/or professional experience in a commercial and customer-oriented role.
• Experience and enjoyment in telephone and written customer contact.
• Strong sales flair with high sales and advisory competence.
• Team player and resilient personality with excellent communication skills and a strong customer orientation.
• Very good German as well as good French skills (oral and written); ideally good knowledge of English and/or Italian.
