What you do You lead a small readiness team functionally with a focus on training, support, and change, work closely with business and IT representatives, and ensure clear roles, priorities, quality, impact, as well as the early management of readiness risks You manage the business and IT readiness for a strategic transformation project and ensure that new processes, systems, roles, and ways of working are sustainably anchored in everyday life You develop an effective change management concept with a clear change story, stakeholder engagement, change impact analyses, as well as communication, adoption tracking, and concrete measures for behavioral change You design a modern training strategy with role-based learning paths, blended learning, microlearning, simulations, learning nuggets, train-the-trainer approaches, and learning in the flow of work You define a sustainable support model for implementation, hypercare, and stabilization - including support channels, ticket and escalation logic, knowledge management, feedback loops, and handover to regular operations What you bring University or technical college degree, ideally in business, business informatics, organizational development, change management, learning & development, or a comparable direction Several years of experience in business and IT readiness, change management, training, or support enablement in complex transformation or technology programs Demonstrable experience in managing change measurably - from impact analysis, stakeholder activation, and communication to adoption, behavioral change, and benefit realization Very good understanding of modern training methods as well as experience in the design of sustainable support and hypercare models Strong leadership, moderation, and stakeholder management skills, analytical and implementation-oriented way of working, high initiative, and very good German and English skills, French skills an advantage Your contact Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant: Frutiger () Additional information Part-time or full-time: 70 - 100% Work location: Zurich, Oerlikon Travel activity: up to 10% Hybrid working: up to 40% We look forward to your online application - even without a cover letter.
