To support the IT team, we are looking for a committed and motivated person as Solution Engineer (100 %) Your tasks Analysis of customer requirements and business processes in various industries (real estate, construction, etc.) to optimize information management Configuration and implementation of solutions for digitalization and electronic document management at customers, especially M-Files, , IPA-Suite and ChronoScan Integration of third-party systems and peripheral systems that are connected to ERP, CRM or special applications, using APIs, web services and interfaces Creation of technical documentation such as installation instructions, user manuals and technical concepts for customers as well as participation in internal documentation Participation in customer support (2nd & 3rd Level) with analysis, diagnosis and sustainable solution of technical problems in cooperation with customers and manufacturers Coordination and feedback of information on the tasks performed to the project manager Observation of technological developments surrounding our products, testing new versions to ensure their compatibility Conducting workshops and training sessions at customers on the implemented solutions Support of sales consultants in the creation of demo environments Close cooperation with internal teams and the product manufacturers for the continuous improvement of the platforms, integrations and own developments Your profile Completed training or studies in computer science, business informatics or a similar field At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience as an IT technician or IT engineer Experience in the implementation of software solutions Experience with IM/ECM/DMS solutions (such as M-Files, , IPA-Suite and ChronoScan) and high motivation to familiarize yourself with similar solutions Experience with SQL database management systems Understanding of how web services and API protocols such as REST and OData work as well as their interaction with artificial intelligence technologies Experience in technical support, helpdesk or IT support (levels 2 to 3) Proactive, curious and able to work independently Analytical thinking skills with a sense of responsibility and professionalism Excellent communication skills with a strong service orientation and confident appearance in customer contact Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage Further plus points A supplementary qualification in the areas of software development, cloud technologies or information management Knowledge of C# .NET and VBScript Familiarity with agile working methods, especially Scrum Our offer An exciting, versatile and responsible activity in a market environment with future potential and a lot of creative freedom – Your ideas, your impact Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths with 190 professionals who stick together Attractive employment conditions (pension fund with choice plans, modern office premises, home office, parking space etc.) Opportunities for further development – certifications and training on the job Inspiring, dynamic environment in a strong company with tradition and innovative strength Have we piqued your interest and would you like to make a valuable contribution to the success of a leading company?
