Cook, cook (female) Family establishment is looking for a cook or a cook (female) for a fixed term. Working hours: as discussed. Days off: Sunday and Monday. Vacations: 2 weeks end of July, beginning of August, 2 weeks Christmas and New Year, 1 week in February. Position and Responsibilities The CFC Cook will be responsible for the following tasks: Preparation of dishes in accordance with restaurant standards. Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. Management of stocks and orders of fresh products. Supervision and coordination of kitchen activities. Training and supervision of kitchen staff members. Close collaboration with the chef to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes. Required Skills The ideal candidate must possess the following skills: CFC diploma in cooking or equivalent experience. Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and hygiene standards. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Skills in stock and cost management. Aptitude to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team. Creativity to contribute to menu development. Collaboration with the Team The CFC Cook will work in close collaboration with the Chef, as well as with other members of the kitchen team. Clear and effective communication is essential to ensure team cohesion.
