• 24 July 2026 • 100% • Permanent • Zürich Product Merchandising Manager, CH Planning Market (m/f/d) • Full time Job description WHAT YOU WILL DO As Product Merchandising Manager, you will drive the execution of product merchandising across sales markets, ensuring strong results in terms of stock, sales, and profitability. You will: Product merchandising / commercial support • Act as a point of contact and partner to the sales market commercial teams on stock and inventory matters to facilitate strong commercial execution in the sales markets • Foster transparency, consistency, and the secure sharing of best practices between sales markets regarding product / commercial merchandising execution • Support sales markets in defining and adjusting price grids to reflect local competition and stock positions • Be responsible for supply forecasting in relation to demand, sharing insights and corrective measures • Decide and provide sales markets with items for final sales / clearance, as well as for special campaigns by channel • Decide and provide markdowns (pricing) in collaboration with stock optimization managers (who provide the analyses) and other stock management measures to the sales markets • Monitor and forecast R&D for sales markets Allocation & replenishment • Act as a key point of contact for sales markets and assigned warehouses on all allocation, replenishment, and stock management matters • Monitor stock at the sales market level and review stock balancing scenarios within a planning market • Be responsible for the initial allocation from warehouses to stores in accordance with sales market plans • Be responsible for adjusting replenishment speed and implementing replenishment blocks or stops for seasonal stock / predictable demand • Establish the list of stock to be removed from sales floors / picking locations • Create transparency on incoming deliveries / stock status for sales market commercial teams and store managers via regular stock update reports WHO YOU WORK WITH You will collaborate closely with sales market commercial teams, supply planning, stock optimization, and global stakeholders. The role requires daily interaction with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned commercial and supply results. WHO YOU ARE We are looking for people with- • A bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, economics, or a related field. • 2 to 4 years of experience in product merchandising, retail planning, or commercial operations in retail, fashion, or FMCG. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, demand, and stock data. • Experience with reporting and planning tools, ideally including BI systems.
