Our Resort: With the new PLAVNA Deli & Bistro, the BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILIE is developing a modern meeting point in the Lower Engadine. The concept combines a bistro, deli, coffee house, and serviced apartments in a contemporary alpine environment. With high-quality regional products, a modern open kitchen, stylish design, and a relaxed atmosphere, a new place is being created for guests, locals, and holiday apartment owners. The Plavna will in the future complement the BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILIE in Scuol. This includes the 4*Superior Hotel Belvédère, the 3*Superior Badehotel Belvair (incl. the Thai specialty restaurant «Nam Thai») and the 4*Boutique-Hotel GuardaVal (incl. gourmet restaurant with the philosophy «Art culinarica alpina»). The 4* Businesshotel Münchwilen in the canton of Thurgau is also part of it. The breakfast staff member is responsible for the preparation, presentation, and supervision of the breakfast offering at the PLAVNA Deli & Bistro. He/she ensures a warm start to the day and ensures that guests of the serviced apartments, hotel guests, and external guests can enjoy a high-quality breakfast experience. As the first contact person of the day, he/she significantly shapes the first impression of the establishment and embodies the host philosophy of the Belvedere Hotel family. Your tasks: Breakfast Preparation • Setup and preparation of the breakfast area • Preparation of the breakfast tiers • Provision of bread, croissants, and baked goods • Checking breakfast products regarding freshness and quality • Preparation of take-away breakfasts for serviced apartments • According to the concept, various breakfast options are offered, which must be presented and prepared attractively.
