Your tasks: Warm welcome, care, and advice for the guests Filleting, slicing, or even preparing food at the table, such as our Tartar Operative co-responsibility for a smooth operational workflow Assistance in the implementation of numerous internal events Cleaning, care, and Mise en Place of the bar and guest area Compliance with internal quality and hygiene standards Your profile: You bring a completed restaurant specialist apprenticeship in upscale hospitality or gastronomy. You have several years of professional experience and work in a structured and organized manner. You are responsible and guest-oriented and ideally have good German, English, and Italian skills.
