HR Business Partner/-in Bern, Schweiz (und Homeoffice) | 80-100% This is the contribution you can make Advising and supporting managers in all personnel-relevant topics Responsibility for the entire Employee Lifecycle for assigned organizational units Accompanying change and transformation projects as well as participating in management events Further development and implementation of HR processes, guidelines and standards What makes you unique Completed studies in the field of Human Resources and Business Administration at the level of Higher Vocational School, -University or University (federal diploma is an advantage) Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner/-in High advisory competence, strong communication skills and empathy Ability to think both strategically and act operationally Good active knowledge of at least one second official language In a nutshell As an HR Business Partner/-in, you are a strategic sparring partner for our managers.
