Your tasks

• Customer-oriented advice for our existing customers regarding our service portfolio personally on-site and digitally
• Active and structured existing customer management - processing customer inquiries and orders, complaints and identifying cross- and upselling potentials
• Cross-departmental coordination of customer-specific projects
• Close cooperation with the internal interfaces and the other Elis locations
• Maintenance of our customer data in the ERP/CRM system
• Active shaping and continuous development of our Customer Care through innovative ideas, cross-departmental thinking and a clear focus on excellent customer experiences

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
• Experience in Customer Care or in a service-oriented function
• Enthusiasm for direct customer contact as well as for cooperation in a committed team
• Good MS Office skills (Excel and PP) and IT affinity (CRM systems an advantage)
• Stylish German language skills, French and English skills are an advantage but not a requirement
• Experience in project coordination is an advantage
• Readiness for regular customer appointments on-site
• Independent, solution-oriented and motivated way of working
