HR Generalist 80-100%

For our client, an established and innovative company in the field of recycling and circular economy based in Neuhaus SG, we are looking for an engaged and independent personality as HR Generalist / HR Manager 80-100% (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you will take sole responsibility for the operational HR area including payroll accounting and will be the central contact person for all personnel matters. HR Generalist 80-100% # Employment: 100% Location: Neuhaus SG Industry: Construction/Real Estate Publication date: 10.08.2026 Your tasks: • Sole responsibility for the support and management of the entire operational HR area • Independent execution of payroll accounting as well as responsibility for absence management • Responsibility for the entire Employee Lifecycle - from entry to exit • Recruitment of new employees including job advertisements, interviews and applicant management • Advising and supporting line managers and employees in all HR matters • Creation of employment contracts as well as maintenance of personnel files and job descriptions • Organization and accompaniment of employee appraisals • Communication with authorities, offices and social insurance providers • Responsibility for HR compliance, data protection and personnel-related documentation Your profile: • Completed further education in the HR field, e.g. as a Personnel Assistant; HR Specialist with federal diploma is an advantage • Several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in an SME • Sound experience in independent payroll accounting • Enjoyment in leading an HR area independently and acting as the central contact person • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with high initiative • High social competence, discretion and strong service orientation • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Very good MS Office skills What you can expect: • A varied and responsible activity in an innovative company • High personal responsibility and independent management of the HR area • Short decision-making paths, an uncomplicated culture and lived down-to-earthness • Plenty of room for initiative, freedom to design and personal development Interest aroused?
