To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed pizzaiolo and pasta cook from late November 2026, who will enrich our culinary offering with passion and work closely in the kitchen of Bernd Fabian - notably in our show kitchen with wood-fired oven. We offer exciting tasks for creative minds in the team of our gourmet chef Bernd Fabian (17 Gault&Millau points)! Your tasks: • Preparation of Neapolitan pizzas in the wood-fired oven: autonomous production of dough, professional shaping and authentic cooking of Neapolitan pizzas in our wood-fired oven located directly in the show kitchen. • Pasta preparation: fresh preparation of various pasta dishes and suitable sauces for daily service. • Teamwork: active participation and support in all positions in Bernd Fabian's kitchen. Since it is an open kitchen, we attach great importance to a neat presentation and the pleasure of contact with customers. • Quality and hygiene standards: compliance with HACCP directives as well as maintaining a clean and orderly workstation.
