Your tasks

• Telephone inbound consulting for customers in IT support
• Providing information on various technical and administrative questions for all contact persons
• Checking for completeness as well as ongoing maintenance of customer dossiers
• Constant monitoring of open pending items
• Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships
• Various other administrative and coordinative activities

What you bring with you:

• Completed basic training (commercial clerk or retail specialist or similar is an advantage)
• Existing professional experience in customer service, Customer Service, customer service or IT support
• Proficient German, French and English skills (mandatory)
• High customer and service orientation
• Strong communication skills
